The most different is thickness and laser slots between new continuous rim blade and common.
For cutting a porcelain tile, the operator wanted fast speed and edge wont broken. The tile be improve again as requested, compared with common rim blade, the new type blade has a super thin body with 1.2mm(for 105mm), only hot press technical can be do it so thickness, the thin body can reduce the resistance when grind, so that ensure the fast speed, let the work more effectively. Another is cut pieces of slots on the body, generally we laser T, Y, J and S shape, don't underestimate those small gaps, they would exhaust of the debris to extend the cutting life, they also allowed cutting without water, it's convenient when haven't water on you side.
