June 15, 2018 — Stanley Black & Decker Canada recently added Irwin Tools and Lenox Tools to the Global Tools and Storage Group. The company acquired the two brands in a transaction completed in 2017.

We are committed to delivering value to our customers. Irwin and Lenox brands fit perfectly into that vision and bring significant value to the trades,” said Joe Di Ilio, president of Stanley Black & Decker Canada.
Irwin Tools is a manufacturer and distributor of a line of professional hand tools and power tool accessories. Some of their products include Vise-Grip pliers and wrenches, Marathon saw blades, and Quick-Grip clamping tools.
Lenox has over 100 years of experience in cutting technology. Lenox product categories include reciprocating saw blades, hole saws, drill bits and more. These include carbide tipped reciprocating saw blades and bi-metal reciprocating saw and hole saw blades.
